Adobe Design Achievement Awards 2007 campaign

Cross-media campaign for the international competition for students and faculty

In the fall of 2006 we participated in a pitch for designing the ADAA campaign. The result was a package consisting of posters, post cards, invitations and program guides. It was all about the aspect of travelling and therefore responding to the international character of the competition.

Every year the annual finalists of the „Adobe Design Achievement Awards“ are personally being invited to join the awards show. Originally it was Amy Wang who wanted to take up this aspect of the campaign. But when she told us about her idea, we wanted to bring the visual concept of a „travelling line“ closer to her and drew a quick sketch, which showed the long way of a finalist in one single line. We did never expect that this quick sketch would be the final illustration for the respective media.
