CIMT is an association for cancer research and stands for cancer immunotherapy. Researcher and physicians from different fields of expertise in clinical and theoretical medicine form a network, which is used as a stage for education and information about immunotherapy. In spring 2009 we received the commission to design a new appearance for CIMT.

For ensuring a unified aesthetic we solely used black-and-white photographies, which can be colored in the respective colors of the year. We chose analogous photography for the purpose of epitomizing authenticity, astray from the usual, clean and almost sterile pictorial world, we are used to when learning about medicine. The photographies were taken in the research building at the University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
